Join me this summer as I mix my love of 2 favorite things: COLLAGE AND PLANTS! Together, we’ll explore the art of creating expressive botanical compositions using hand-painted papers, found materials, and layered collage techniques.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build dimensional flowers and foliage from simple shapes, develop rich color palettes, and create depth through layering, texture, and thoughtful composition. We’ll experiment with mark-making, pattern, and cutting to bring organic forms to life, no drawing skills required. The focus is on playful exploration and developing your own visual language while celebrating the beauty of the natural world.

There will be a shared image site for participants to show their works and also some botanical inspiration from the outside summer world around them in their part of the world. Interaction with nature will play into our work!

Perfect for beginners looking to dive into collage and experienced artists ready to expand their practice.
